Correspondence is reviewed for fit, seriousness and available capacity. A reply may ask for clarification, suggest a research route or propose a bounded conversation. Contact does not create a lawyer-client relationship or guarantee engagement.

Questions that fit this work
A strong inquiry may concern authority inside an automated or data-dependent decision, institutional preparedness before procurement or deployment, the design of review and remedy, a comparative research question, a proposed publication, or a reasoned challenge to a public KSC.JUSNREM proposition. It should identify the governing problem rather than merely request a general conversation about technology.
Important boundaries
This public correspondence route is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent legal advice, active litigation, personal case documents or unsolicited commercial promotion. Initial messages should contain only material you are entitled to share. Confidentiality, scope, professional responsibility and any formal engagement must be agreed separately before protected or sensitive information is exchanged.
Because the initiative is founder-led and in development, response times vary. Messages are not added to a public mailing list, profiled for advertising or treated as consent to publish correspondence.
